Right of Withdrawal (14-day statutory right)

As a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within **14 calendar days** from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason.

Return Procedure

1. Please do not send the product back without prior contact with our support team. Returns sent without prior notification delay the processing of your refund.
2. Contact us at fy@fykj.online with the subject “Returns”. Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and confirm whether the product remains in its original sealed packaging or has been opened, and whether you are returning a single item or the full order.
3. We will issue a return reference number so the parcel can be identified in our warehouse. The carrier will make one collection attempt.
4. Promotional bundles, free gifts and discounted items received with the order must be returned together with the main product.
5. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels.
6. Returned products must be complete, new, unused, free of wear marks and suitable for resale, in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals and labels attached.

Refund

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the full product purchase price together with the standard delivery charge you actually paid for the order. If you selected a premium delivery option, the difference between the premium and standard delivery cost may be retained.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days after we receive the returned product or after you provide proof of dispatch of the return, whichever occurs earlier.

 Items Not Eligible for Return

– Products that have been used, installed, damaged, or show wear beyond what is required to inspect the product;
– Products with original packaging, labels or serial numbers removed or damaged;
– Products modified or repaired by a third party without prior authorisation;
– Sealed consumables opened after delivery;
– Items excluded under Article 38 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
