Warranty Period

TOOLEYE products sold through this website carry a **24-month (2-year) warranty** from the date of original purchase. The warranty applies to the original end customer and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that existed at the time of delivery and appear during normal, intended use within the warranty period.

Warranty Coverage

Under the warranty, we will repair or replace, free of charge, any product confirmed by our service team to have a material or manufacturing defect. Replaced parts and products become the property of RITRK.

To claim the warranty, please provide:
1. Your order number and valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation);
2. A clear description of the defect and the date it occurred;
3. The product and its original accessories for inspection.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
– Consumable and naturally worn parts, including blades, batteries within normal charge-cycle limits, carbon brushes, bearings, seals, charging cables, filters and other parts subject to regular wear during use;
– Damage caused by incorrect operation, overloading, failure to follow the user manual, or professional/commercial use beyond intended domestic use;
– Damage caused by unapproved accessories, third-party spare parts, or incorrect power supply;
– Products disassembled, modified, repaired by unauthorised persons, or with removed or altered serial number and brand labels;
– Damage caused by accident, external impact, water, chemicals, vibration, neglect or force majeure;
– Normal maintenance, cleaning, and wear resulting from regular use.

Warranty Process

1. Contact our support team at fy@fykj.online with your order details and defect description before sending the product in.
2. Follow the return instructions provided by our service team. Do not send a warranty return without prior notification and a return reference number.
3. Our service team will assess the product and complete repair or replacement within a reasonable period after receiving the item.

Statutory Consumer Rights

This warranty does not restrict or replace your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU and national consumer protection law.

 Territorial Coverage

Warranty service applies to products purchased through this website by customers located in the European Union / Europe.
