Order Tracking & Delivery FAQ

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders received on working days are processed and dispatched from our central warehouse in Poland within **24 hours**. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or outside working hours will be processed on the next working day.

After dispatch, standard delivery to EU and European destinations takes approximately **2–5 working days**, depending on the destination country and local carrier routing. During peak seasons, holidays or periods of high parcel volume, delivery time may be extended slightly.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination and parcel weight. The exact shipping fee is displayed clearly before you confirm and pay for the order. There is no permanent free shipping offer at present; any future free shipping promotion will be announced separately on the website.If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at fy@fykj.online and include your order number.

All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse located in Poland.

Once shipping documents have been generated, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact support as soon as possible before the order enters the dispatch process.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email with the subject "Returns". Full rules are described in our Returns Policy.

Invoices
The invoice is sent by email to the address provided when placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.

Invoices are generated automatically based on the information submitted at checkout. Before confirming your order, please verify that all billing details — name, address and VAT number (if applicable) — are entered correctly. Once the order is confirmed, billing details cannot be changed. All invoices are issued officially under the TOOLEYE brand
